Terms of Service

By accessing leads4deals.io, purchasing a trial, or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and the service agreement provided during onboarding.

1. Services Provided

  • Leads4Deals delivers qualified seller leads through proprietary marketing and qualification systems.
  • This is a marketing service. We guarantee the lead allocation stated for the selected plan, not closed deals, conversion rates, or revenue.
  • CRM is included with every plan. On Growth monthly it is billed as a required $99 per month fee alongside the plan. On every other plan and billing term the fee is waived and appears on the invoice as a $0 line.

2. Trial and Plan Start

  • Every plan begins with a $497 payment for 10 qualified leads and a 14-day trial period.
  • You select Growth, Pro, or Plus and a monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly billing term at checkout. The selected recurring plan begins on day 15.
  • You may ask billing support to change the selected target plan before day 15.
  • On monthly plans, the $497 trial payment covers the setup fee and the 10 trial leads are counted toward the first monthly allocation.
  • On bi-monthly and quarterly plans, the setup fee is waived. The 10 trial leads remain in addition to the full first-term allocation and applicable first-term bonus leads.
  • The $497 trial payment is non-refundable.

3. Lead Volume and Credits

  • Each plan specifies the number of qualified leads included in its billing term.
  • First-term bonus leads apply only to the first paid bi-monthly or quarterly term. Later renewals include the base lead allocation shown at checkout.
  • Undelivered lead credits roll forward while the account remains active.
  • An approved invalid lead receives a replacement credit. A qualified lead generally includes a positive seller response and at least three answered qualification pillars among motivation, price, timeline, and property condition.
  • After cancellation, any remaining paid lead balance continues to be delivered for up to 60 days.

4. Billing, Tax, and Payment Method

  • Prices are exclusive of tax. Stripe calculates applicable tax from the billing address and adds it on top.
  • Stripe securely stores the payment method for the selected recurring plan and the CRM fee billed with it.
  • Monthly plans renew monthly, bi-monthly plans renew every two months, and quarterly plans renew every three months at the full selected term price unless cancelled.
  • Failed recurring card payments are retried according to the billing recovery schedule, and service or fulfillment may be suspended while payment remains unpaid.

5. Cancellation and Plan Changes

  • Cancellation requests must be received at billing@leads4deals.io at least three days before the next renewal.
  • An accepted cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing term. Requests received inside the three-day window apply after the already-committed upcoming renewal.
  • Cancellation does not create a refund for the current term or the $497 trial payment.
  • After a paid term begins, plan changes are handled by billing support and take effect at the next renewal. We do not make automatic mid-term prorations or retroactive lead-allocation changes.

6. Refunds, Reversals, and Disputes

  • Refunds are provided only where required by law or expressly required by the written service guarantee or service agreement.
  • If a payment is refunded, reversed, or lost in a dispute, undelivered lead credits attributable to that payment may be revoked.
  • Leads already delivered are not clawed back. Revocation is limited to the undelivered balance associated with the affected payment.
  • Please contact billing@leads4deals.io promptly about billing questions so we can investigate before a dispute is filed.

7. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for timely lead follow-up, lawful use of lead data, accurate onboarding and billing information, and compliance with the responsibilities in the service agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for missed deals, lost revenue, inaccurate information supplied by a lead, or outages outside our reasonable control.

Our maximum aggregate liability will not exceed the fees paid during the most recent billing term giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Terms

Governing law, venue, dispute-resolution procedures, and additional operational responsibilities are specified in the signed service agreement. If a checkout confirmation conflicts with general marketing copy, the checkout confirmation and signed service agreement control.
