Leads4Deals Website Terms of Use

1. Who these apply to

These terms govern your use of leads4deals.io and its related pages (together, the "Site"), operated by Leadtec Market LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, doing business as Leads4Deals. By using the Site you agree to them. Lead services purchased from Leads4Deals are governed by a separate Client Agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.

2. The Site is for businesses

The Site is intended for real estate investors, wholesalers and their staff. You confirm you are at least 18 and using the Site for business purposes.

3. Booking a call and buying a plan

Submitting a booking form is a request for a call, not a purchase. Plans purchased through the Site are subject to the plan terms shown at checkout and the Client Agreement. Information you submit must be accurate and yours to give.

4. No guarantee on the Site

Nothing on the Site is a promise of lead volume, deal volume, close rates, price, or availability in any market. Figures shown in calculators are illustrative and depend on inputs you choose. Actual terms are set in the Client Agreement.

5. Comparisons

References to other companies and their products are for comparison, based on their published materials at the time of writing. Those names are their owners' trademarks; no affiliation or endorsement is implied.

6. Our content

The Site, its text, design, logos and the Leads4Deals name are ours or licensed to us. You may view and share links to the Site; you may not copy, scrape, frame or reuse content without written permission.

7. Acceptable use

No automated scraping, no interfering with the Site, no submitting false information, no using the Site to build a competing list or service.

8. Third-party links and tools

Calendar, analytics, CRM and payment tools are provided by third parties under their own terms.

9. Disclaimer

The Site is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Leadtec Market LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Site, and our total liability for any Site-related claim is limited to $100. This does not limit liability under a Client Agreement, which has its own terms.

11. Communications

By providing a phone number and consenting on a form, you agree to be called and texted as described in our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms.

12. Governing law and disputes

Florida law governs, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction, unless the Client Agreement says otherwise.

13. Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date at the top shows the current version.
