Do Not Call Policy

Leadtec Market LLC, doing business as Leads4Deals, maintains this policy for its own outreach and for the campaigns it runs on behalf of clients.

Internal do-not-call list

We maintain an internal do-not-call list. Any request to stop contact is recorded against the phone number and honored across every campaign we operate, not just the one the request came from. Requests are processed promptly and in any case within 10 business days. Records are kept for at least 5 years.

How to opt out

You can remove yourself from our outreach in any of these ways:

• Reply STOP to any text message. You will receive one confirmation message and nothing further from that number.
• Tell any representative on a call that you want to be placed on our do-not-call list.
• Email info@leads4deals.io with the phone number you want removed.

You do not have to give a reason, and opting out is free.

National and state registries

We scrub our outreach lists against the National Do Not Call Registry and applicable state registries before a campaign runs, and on an ongoing basis while it runs. We also observe state-specific restrictions on calling and texting times.

Calling and texting hours

Outreach is limited to 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. in the recipient's local time zone, and to narrower windows where state law requires.

Consent and identification

Our messages identify the sender and the purpose of the message. Consent to be contacted is never a condition of any purchase or service. Where a message is sent using automated technology, it is sent under the consent standard that applies to that message.

Campaigns run for clients

Where we operate outreach on behalf of a client, the obligations above apply to that outreach as well. Opt-out requests received through any channel are applied to the underlying record so the number is not contacted again through us.

Training and oversight

Personnel involved in outreach are trained on this policy before they begin, and the policy is available to anyone who asks for it.
